What States Allow Wine Clubs?

Even in this day and age, there are still some states that do not allow wine shipments. Crazy, I know. So, do you fall into that category? Let’s find out!

The good news is, most states DO allow shipments of wine, some have certain restrictions on quantity but that won’t generally effect the normal person, unless you are trying to get a ridiculous amount of gallons of wine sent to you home. Anyway, here’s the United States breakdown:wine-shipping-statesThe states in green are obviously allowed to have wine shipped to them, so look for your state and if you are in the white, sorry friend, you’re not getting a wine club sent to you. Sad, I know. Luckily, I’ve lived in Michigan and California both allowing wine clubs!

If you are not allowed to receive wine, there is a movement call “Free the Grapes!” which is a grassroots coalition of people and wineries who are trying to get shipping to every state approved.
